Known as “Gotham City,” 40 Leadenhall, designed by Make Architects, epitomises contemporary workplace design. The building offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including a Peloton studio, gym with spa facilities, hair and nail salon, library, and restaurant. Its design thoughtfully integrates the retained structure, whose refurbishment demanded a level of effort comparable to that of constructing the new build.
